The ingredients used are 1lb deveined and peeled large shrimp, one inch thick sliced 2 zucchinis of medium size, 8 oz. fresh white mushrooms, one cut onion of medium size of red color, two table spoon lemon juice, olive oil as required, Minced garlic two tea spoon, one tsp crushed dried oregano leaves, ¼ tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tsp salt,4 warmed pitas, one peeled, diced and seeded cucumber,1c.plain yogurt with low fat,1tbs fresh chopped mint and Cucumber sauce.

How to Make the Grilled Mushroom and Lemon Shrimp with Garlic: Before proceeding for the preparation of Garlic shrimp with mushroom and lemon juice it is to be ensured that broiler unit or out grill is hot. Then in a bowl put the mushroom, red onion, zucchini and shrimp. The smaller size mushroom can be put as whole and the bigger ones can be made in two pieces before putting them in the bowl. Now next step is to put olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt ,black pepper powder, oregano and then pour the vegetables and keep tossing them till they are well coated with all ingredients.
